DRBHCOM 1619 DRB-HICOM BERHAD多元重工跟随马矿业步伐?/万年船
今年宝腾汽车销量一路长虹,加上连年亏损的大马邮政(POS)今年亏损有所收窄,带动其母公司多元重工(DRBHCOM)的业绩转亏为盈。
多元重工控制宝腾50.1%及大马邮政53.49%,此消彼长之下,全年业绩可期。
我国马来富贾丹斯里赛莫达控制了多元重工56%,眼见公司资产逐年攀升,至今已是每股3.83令吉,但是其股价却徘徊在1-2令吉之间,善于收购的赛莫达,可能另有打算。
近日传出赛莫达正和其财政顾问为多元重工进行策略研究,带动公司股价从1.30令吉,大涨至1.65令吉,私有化的谣言不胫而走。
虽然股价已经上涨,但是和它的每股净资产比起来,依然处于极高的折价,如果赛莫达真有意思私有化,只要出价不低,近期买入的投资者还是有机会赚它一笔。
我们回顾去年9月,赛莫达趁低建议全面收购马矿业。当时马矿业股价低迷,介于1.00至1.20之间,他以每股2令吉建议其他48.24%的小股东进行选择性资本回退,之后除牌并私有化马矿业。
而马矿业在冠病大流行之后,盈利正在恢复中,建议中的2令吉,比市价1.20令吉溢价67%,本益比大约是16倍,市净率只有0.64倍(马矿业当时每股净资产为3.12令吉)。
而今拿来和多元重工比较,竟有几分相似。以股价1.55令吉来计算,目前多元重工的市净率是0.40倍,所以,即使赛莫达出价到2.50令吉,溢价依然只是61%,市净率0.65倍,全年化本益比约12.5倍,比马矿业的私有化建议不相上下。
不但如此,当时马矿业的私有化金额是30亿令吉,如果按照上述的数目向多元重工出价,私有化金额大约是21.3亿令吉而已。
赛莫达 多元重工
把握机会趁低收购
这只是万年船凭空猜测的数字,做不得准。只是,赛莫达最近被首相拿督斯里安华斥责,结果同意“捐出”6000万令吉以帮助贫穷的稻农,不晓得他是否暂避风头,不进行大型企业活动,以免冲击到风口浪尖。
但是,他也意识到,如果不快点出手,等大马邮政转亏为盈,多元旗下多家汽车行业绩斐然,再加上引起电力车配合政府未来的环保政策,多元重工股价一旦起飞,要以低价收购将成为“不可能的任务”。
话虽如此,这和私有化马矿业不大相同。当时大家皆有死后余生的感觉,同时冠病威胁未除,投资者很难预测经济未来的走势,因此,脱售一个比市价溢价67%的公司,手持现金以预防万一,是很多人的选择,而且也不想承受万一私有化失败,股价打回原形的打击。
可是,今时大马正进入复苏周期,要投资者放弃一只可能会发亮的股票,他们可能不愿意以低价出售。总而言之,此一时也,彼一时也,没有收购无所谓,若要收购,价钱可不能像去年那样便宜。
