通胀+劳力短缺 亚洲劳工明年有望大加薪
(东京29日讯)近期研究显示,亚洲劳工有望在2023年获得大幅加薪,因通胀居高不下、劳动力短缺,使得资方调高薪资的压力提升。另一份新加坡调查显示,受访调的78%劳工表示,如果加薪幅度低于通胀率,明年将考虑换工作。
日经新闻报道,从印度到越南,雇主被迫开出更优渥薪酬方案,否则将面临人才流失风险。
随着今年生活费飙高,预期工资调升幅度有望超过2023年通胀率预估值,带来实质收入正成长。
大马加薪幅度持平5.1%
怡安集团(Aon)的数据显示,以各国明年各行业加薪幅度中位数而言,印尼加薪幅度预料为6.8%、大马为5.1%、菲律宾为6%、新加坡为4.7%、泰国为5.1%,越南为7.9%,而且几乎所有加薪幅度都超过2022年的幅度,仅大马持平。
虽然通胀是东南亚国家调整薪资的主因之一,但人力市场的供需也是影响因素,高离职率让雇主面临必须提高薪资以求才和留才的压力。
怡安东南亚人资部门主管乔拉表示:“企业必须依他们当前薪资水平的竞争力,来界定2023年的加薪路径。虽然企业依据不同员工类别与工作性质来定义薪资是重要的,但组织在重新思考薪资原则时必须维持灵活思维。”
美世顾问公司(Mercer)上月的总薪酬调查也显示企业明年将加薪的迹象,在整个亚太市场,企业预料明年整体薪资平均成长4.8%,较2022年的4.6%幅度略微上升。不过,美世的调查也显示各国差异,预料印度明年加薪幅度最高,达9.1%;相形下,日本最低,为2.2%。不过,这两个数字分别比今年8.79%与2.14%的加薪幅度来得高。
另外,人资业者Robert Walters9月在新加坡进行的调查显示,78%受访劳工认为,如果明年度加薪幅度比通胀率还低,会考虑换工作。
不过,该公司驻星国主管苏嘉纳尼表示:“对于许多求职者来说,金钱不再是进行职业选择的唯一因素,我们观察到当员工感到精疲力尽,或者因不再学习而感到无聊时,会促使他们寻求其他机会。”
