Telekom Malaysia posts FY20 net profit of RM1.01b
KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd posted net profit of RM1.01bil in the financial year ended Dec 31,2020, an increase of 60.5% from RM632.67mil a year ago.
It announced on Wednesday its revenue was slightly lower at RM10.84bil compared with RM11.43bil a year ago.
In the fourth quarter, it posted net profit of RM259.43mil compared with a net loss of RM51.09mil a year ago.
Its revenue was lower at RM3bil compared with RM3.03bil a year ago. Earnings per share were 6.87 sen compared with loss per share of 1.37 sen. It announced a dividend of 7.50 sen a share.
