on structuring dynamic guarantees and credit derivative instruments.He
was formerly a lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP, London, focused on private equity and hedge fund establishments and investments.

Mr.
Croft is an experienced director of Alternative Investment Market
("AIM")-quoted companies and has previously worked in executive and
non-executive capacities with a number of fast growth companies in the
technology and financial services sectors. He is also currently
Non-Executive Chairman of Goal Group Limited, a leading class action
service provider and tax reclamation services specialist, and
Non-Executive Director of Golden Rock Global PLC, a
company listed on the standard listing of the London Stock Exchange. He
is also a non-executive Director of Brazilian Nickel Ltd. a company
that is developing a Nickel and Cobalt project in North Eastern Brazil.
He previously held senior director level positions in Racal Electronics
and NCR Corporation, following an early career in banking with HSBC and Grindlays Bank.
Hugh Viscount Trenchard (aged 68), Non-executive Director
Viscount Trenchard began his career at Kleinwort Benson in 1973 and has more than 40 years' experience in investment banking, including 35 years of involvement with Japan and 12 of them as a resident. He ran Kleinwort Benson's Japanese operations for 11 years and was Head of Japanese Investment Banking with Robert Fleming & Co. Limited, before working with Mizuho International plc for 6 years. He served as a Senior Adviser for Japan and Korea to Prudential Financial, Inc. from 2002 to 2008. He is also currently Chairman of the investment company Stratton Street PCC Limited, whose funds include the Renminbi Bond Fund managed by Stratton Street Capital LLP. He has also been a consultant to Simon Robertson Associates LLP since March 2013. Lord Trenchard is a member of the House of Lords and a Vice-Chairman of the British-Japanese Parliamentary Group.
Wong Yiu Kit, Ernest (aged 51), Non-executive Director
Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, corporate finance, business development, legal, IT, financial and general management. Presently, he is the President and Group CFO of KVB Kunlun Holdings Limited which
is the holding company of a listed financial services group in Hong
Kong. He served as Executive Director and the CFO of China Private
Equity Investment Holdings Limited.Prior to that, he was the CFO of ASTRI (the technology development flagship of Hong Kong Government) and the Vice President of Vertex Management (one of the largest Singapore Venture Capital firms). He also worked for Guangdong Investment Ltd the parent company was Guangdong Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangdong Provincial People's Government., Transpac Capital and
Anderson Consulting. He has a BBA (University of Hong Kong) and a MSc
in investment management (University of Science & Technology, Hong
Kong) and a MSc in Electronic Engineering (Chinese University of Hong
Kong).
Dr. Lee George Lam (aged 59), Non-executive Director
Chairman of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited
Dr. George LAM is Non-Executive Chairman - Hong Kong and ASEAN Region and Chief Adviser to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Asia. He has served in leadership roles (including Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, COO and General Manager) with several leading multinational corporations including Hong Kong Telecom, A.T. Kearney, Singapore Technologies Telemedia (Temasek Holdings), BOC International Holdings (the Bank of China group), Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited (CP Group) and Macquarie Capital. He has extensive
international experience and connections in the innovation and digital
technology spheres and in general management, strategy consulting,
corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking and fund
management fields.
Dr. Lam has also been actively participating in community service and international affairs. Currently, he is a member of the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Committee on
Innovation, Technology and Re-Industrialization, the Belt and Road
Committee of the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (and Convenor of its Digital Silk Road Working Group), the Court of the City University of Hong Kong and the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and the Sir Murray MacLehose Trust Fund Investment Advisory Committee;
Chairman of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong Kong;
Honorary Advisor to the Hong Kong Business Angel Network (HKBAN);
President of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation; President
of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the
Pacific (UN ESCAP) Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) Executive Council
and Chairman of its Task Force on Banking and Finance; and Vice
Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC). Dr. Lam has also taught at Tsinghua University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and the City University of Hong Kong. He is committed to nurturing talents and youth and next-generation SMEs, and fostering the development of Hong Kong's digital economy and ICT sector.
Dr. Lam holds a BSc in Sciences and Mathematics, an MSc in Systems Science and
an MBA from the University of Ottawa in Canada; an LLB (Hons) in law
from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, a LLM in Law from the
University of Wolverhampton in the UK; an MPA and a PhD from the
University of Hong Kong. He is also a Solicitor of the High Court of
Hong Kong (and formerly a member of the Hong Kong Bar); an Accredited
Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution; a Fellow of
Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Australia, the Institute of
Public Accountants, the Institute of Financial Accountants, the Hong
Kong Institute of Arbitrators, and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors;
and an Honorary Fellow of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Australia,
the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, and the University of
Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education.
ADAMAS of Investment Manager
Mr. Suresh Withana he was most recently Global Head of Special Situations and Co-Head of Asia at Tikehau Capital, the listed investment management company with approximately €15 billion in assets. Previously he was a Director of the Global Special Situations Group at Mizuho International Plc in London and Vice President of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch International. In total, he has accumulated 24 years of experience, including over 13 years of special situations investing primarily focused on Asia.
DATO’ SERI ABDUL AZIM BIN MOHD ZABIDI
Dato‘Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi is an Independent Non-Executive Director / Chairman of Fintec Global Berhad .Dato’
Seri Azim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and
Administrators, United Kingdom and holds a Master of Arts in Business
Law from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He was Chairman of Bank Simpanan Nasional ,Malaysia’s
National Savings Bank for the period from July 1999 until June 2009.
Growing from his work with BSN, Dato’ Seri Azim was also active in the
work undertaken by the Brussels based World Savings Banks institute (WSBI). In year 2000, he was appointed as President (Asia Pacific) for WSBI and in year 2003, he was elevated to its Board of Directors. In addition, he was elected as Vice President and Treasurer of WSBI from
September 2006 until April 2009. A long association with the unit
trusts/mutual funds and fund management industry culminated in his
election as President of the Federation of Malaysian Unit Trust Managers, a post held from year 1998 to year 2003. During this period, he was appointed as Member of the Steering Committee of the International Investment Funds Association (IIFA),
Montreal, Canada, a post held by him until 2008. From year 2007 to year
2008, he was elected as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman
of the Audit Committee of IIFA. He was also a member of the National Economic Consultative Council II, where he served on the Islamic Banking and Finance Committee. He was also selected by the Securities Commission to be a member of its Capital Market Advisory Council. He was invited by Bursa Malaysia Berhad to be a member of its Index Committee and Deputy Chairman of its Board of Advisors for the Malaysian Central Depository. His
long involvement in sports led to his appointment as Chairman of the
National Sports Institute in May 2017 until July 2018 and subsequent to
that, appointed as Malaysia’s Chef-de-Mission to the Asian Games 2018 in
Jakarta, Indonesia. On 5 May, 2018, Dato’ Seri Azim was elected as Deputy President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia.

He majored in Economics and Political Science at the University of Sydney, Australia. He brings with him more than a decade of experience ranging from corporate finance advisory to private equity investments. He was previously a Partner in corporate finance focused on investing in companies seeking growth funding and pre-IPO capital. Prior to that, he was specializing in securing funding from a series of established North America global opportunity funds, for companies listed on the regional capital markets.

that significantly contribute to the company and Nation’s income, development of new funding structure/ecosystem and creation of high value jobs. He is an entrepreneur with an inclination towards innovation and high technology commercial industries.
Professor Dr. Sureswaran Ramadass
Professor Dr. Sureswaran Ramadass Independent Non-Executive Director of Mlab.He
obtained his Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Masters in Electrical
and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, USA in 1990. He
also holds a doctorate from USM. He started off his career in 1990 as a
senior member of the technical staff of the research team of MODCOMP,
Inc., a Florida-based research company focused on the R&D of realtime systems.
He has worked with numerous customers to benchmark their needs,
including National Aeronautics and Space Administration engineers. He
left in 1991 and joined ICON Business System, Inc. (Florida) as Senior
Consultant. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President Engineering and was responsible in overseeing the entire engineering and R&D divisions of ICON Business Systems, Inc. (Florida). He joined USM in 1992 as a lecturer and was the founding Director and Professor at the National Advanced IPv6 Centre, USM. His
recent achievements include being awarded Fellowship Award by the
Wireless World Research Forum steering board member in April 2010. He
was also awarded the National Academic Leader for Innovation and
Commercialization in 2008 & 2009 by the Minister of Higher Education and Malaysia Innovation Award by the Prime Minister in 2007 and again in 2009. During his tenure at USM, he has a research
partner/consultant to many companies in Malaysia including Telekom
Malaysia Berhad, NCR Corporation, IBM Inc., MIMOS Berhad, Cabletron
Systems Sdn Bhd and Compquest Sdn Bhd. He
is currently a Professor Emeritus at the Malaysia University of Science
and Technology and also the Chief Scientist at NLTVC Sdn Bhd (NLTVC is a
Next Generation Internet Communications research and development
company). He also holds numerous positions in global organizations
including A13 project, which is a research-based project sponsored by
the Japanese Government. He was also a nominated candidate for the
position of Director of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and
Numbers in 2000 (ICANN). He was also the Head of APAN (Pacific Advance Networks: www.apan.net) for Malaysia. He is one of the four steering committee members and the IPv6 Domain Head for MYREN (Malaysian Research and Education Network) and was the Chairman of the Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force (APV6TF) and Emeritus Chair of IPv6 Forum Education Programme.
Over the years, he has published over two hundred (200) national and
international level research papers as well as written chapters and
provided writing materials for a few books in the area of multimedia conferencing.
YM Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Bin Raja Hussin
YM Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Bin Raja Hussin is Independent Non-Executive Director / Chairman of Netx .
He holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB Hons) from University of East
Anglia, United Kingdom and attended Leadership Development Program,
Cornell University USA in 2011 and Islamic Finance Leadership Program,
University of Cambridge, United Kingdom in 2017. YM Tengku Badli has
extensive exposure in the financial industry sector, having started his
career as a Management Trainee in Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Hong Kong in
1994, continued his stint with the HSBC Group in various senior
management positions covering both corporate and commercial sectors, as
well as the retail & consumer banking division. He later pursued Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad in February 2008 as Head of Branch Management before joining Pelaburan MARA Berhad in September 2013. He is currently the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of Pelaburan MARA Berhad.
