Dear Eden Investor,
The land is highlighted as below and the map is extracted from PKNP.It is labelled as ZIL which is registered under Eden Inc. Bhd name. There are total 3 pieces of land as of the title number of Lot 8906,8907 and 8911.

As per the company annual report, the 3  pieces of land with 450 acres which is as below:

The lands is currently under value as of the latest annual audited report, which has been highlighted by the company announcement before. It is due to the price was valued long ago and the current indicative price should be at min 18 per square feet. (Indicative price from PKNP)


If based on the ECRL land acquisition, it shall acquired at least min 200 acres for depot and maintenance center. Assuming 200 acres land acquired by MRL for ECRL depot at min RM18 per sqft, Eden will received about Rm150mil.. it will unlock the Eden NTA value and cash per shares stood at RM at least 0.375 per share.
If you match the map i given above in google map, you will be able to see that eden land is being developed by someone but so fat has no announcement.
