Sorry for updating my blog post at this timing, I will keep my post as short as simple.
Solarvest will be listed on tomorrow at Ace Market. The IPO price was RM 0.35 per shares. I believe tomorrow Solarvest's share price will open above IPO price and probably above RM 0.40 or even more due to its cheap valuation and future prospects. In addition, tomorrow will be a good day to the renewable energy companies and Chiau Family's companies.
Please do monitor for trading opportunity to solarvest's peer companies or insiders' companies. Solarvest definitely will open high, especially with such oversubsription rate. Hence, I am here to recommend some companies which are related to Solarvest. Before you purchase, do calculate the risk-reward ratio.
1. Chin Hin Group Berhad
Solarvest was owned by AB holdings (55%) and Chinhin (45%). After its listing, they are still the substantial shareholders with 41.1% and 33.6% shareholdings. Also note that, Chinhin could face some value unlocking via Solarvest IPO as post IPO Solarvest is valued at RM 137m - that's approximately RM 62m.
Chinhin had breakout from downtrend. Now it is testing to breakout from 0.91*, once breakout from that level we will see it tests 0.995 and 1.06. Support at 0.795.
2. Chin Hin Group Property (CHGP)
CHGP was formerly known as Boon Koon Group Berhad. They will not be directly benefit from Solarvest IPO, but both companies are majority owned and managed by Chiau Family.
CHGP had also breakout from downtrend. Resistance at 0.29, 0.31 and 0.345. I believe the share price will move up very fast once the momentum comes in as the sellers had dried. Moreover, the current share price is super attractive.
3. Cypark Resources Berhad
Solarvest was involved in renewable energy sector. Cypark is one of the big name in the same industry.
Currently, Cypark is moving at a symmetrical triangle pattern. Resistance at 1.41, 1.47 and support at RM 1.33.
