A：Yes！首先，PLUS Malaysia 目前是分别由Khazanah 持有51%，以及
EPF 持有49% 的。大家都知道，PLUS 这家公司几乎是不可能亏钱的，就算金
融风暴来临，难道你不用用PLUS 的道路做工咩？

A：嗯.. 主要政府有说到购买者必须帮忙解决国家的债务问题，昨天我就看到
了一家公司出价了哦？

A：是Maju Holdings Sdn. Bhd. offer 的RM 34.90 Billion 哦！其中，他们
更是表示会减少25-36% 的toll 费用，而且是自己吃下的哦！
根据他们所说的，政府现在如果要给予toll compensation的话则会多花RM
2.7 Billion 另外，他们也很聪明的提到说，如果卖给他们的话，上面的RM
2.7 Billion 就不是政府的问题了哦！（加上他们也有提到purchase price 已
经包括了要还bond holder的钱）
对于PLUS Malaysia 的现任shareholder来说，这次的交易更是给予他们大约
16% 的internal rate of return 哦～
Q：哇... 很大手笔叻...
A：大，但这个不是重点，Maju 还提到要投资RM 5.3 Billion 在这公路上
哦！
那么，Maju 的老板到底是谁？
他们的Group Executive Chairman，是Tan Sri Abu Sahid Mohamed，大约
看了一下他的profile，发现他跟以下的公司有关系：
