GPacket should limit up on Monday.
Gpacket is controlling shareholder of G3 Global Bhd (G3) with 32% stakes. G3 share price recorded a 100% gain within 4 days since 22 Apr 2019, Gpacket only gained 15% in same period. This may due to no many peoples notice G3 is control by GPacket. Never mind, this also provide us a good opportunity to buy cheap and enjoy the gain later.
Do you know what is the cost GPacket pay for G3 32% stakes and 37% G3-WA? Only " RM30.53 Mil " !!
It is worth RM214Million (G3) and RM RM101Million (G3-WA). Total worth RM315Million. GPacket made 1000% gain from G3 investment. Awesome !!
GPacket Market Cap. only RM336Million. That mean G3 stake already equal to GPacket market cap. You are buying GPacket other business for free.
What more interesting is Gadang (9261) boss Tan Sri Kok Onn emerged as 2nd largest shareholder in GPacket with 19% stakes on 30 Nov 2018. Recently, Gadang team up with DWL (7165) to eyeing ECRL project. Both stocks also enjoyed a substantial gain. Kok Onn also announce he is buying DWL 10% stakes.
DWL major shareholder Wan Khalik also hold 32.04 stakes in G3.
