Hi guys,
PRESTAR WILL ALSO DO VERY WELL WHEN ECRL IS REVIVED
AT 688 KM LOTS OF PRESTAR GUARDRAILS AND WHEEL BARROWS WILL BE NEEDED
OTHERS ARE WCE HIGHWAY AND THE PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY
THE PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY
See
Notice the shining guardrail? They are alloys of steel & nickel
Pan-Borneo Highway
The length of the entire highway is expected to be about 2,083 kilometres (1,294 mi) for the Malaysian section, 168 kilometres (104 mi) for the Bruneian section and 3,073 kilometres (1,909 mi) for the Indonesian section.[2] The Indonesian sections of the Pan Borneo Highway is known as the Trans-Kalimantan Highway.
Pan Borneo Highway is 2,083 Kilometer (More than 3 Times ECRL)
RIGHT NOW EVEN IF ECRL IS NOT SIGNED AS YET THE PAN BORNEO
HIGHWAY AT 2,083 KM LONG IS 3 TIMES THE ECRL. BUT IF ECRL IS SIGNED IT
WILL BE AN ADDED BONUS
AND IF ECRL IS FINALLY IN PLACE - PRESTAR FACTORY IN RAWANG WILL COME IN HANDY
PRESTAR CAN THEN EXPORT BOTH GUARDRAILS & WHEEL BARROWS TO EAST
MALAYSIA & KALIMANTAN & ALSO THROUGH TOK BALI PORT TO THAILAND,
HONG KONG, TAIWAN, KOREA, CHINA & JAPAN
PRESTAR WHEEL BARROWS ARE OF HIGHER QUALITY THAN THOSE MADE IN CHINA
AND THE TRANS KALIMANTAN HIGHWAY IS EVEN LONGER THAN THE PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY AT 3,073 KILOMETERS
PAN BORNEO HIGHWAYS = 2,083 KM
TRANS KALIMANTAN HIGHWAY = 3,073 KM
SO THE TRANS KALIMANTAN HIGHWAY IS 4.5 x (TIMES) LONGER THAN THE ECRL
& ALSO LONGER THAN THE PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY BY 33% MORE
PRESTAR HAS A VERY VERY BRIGHT FUTURE
SEE HOW INSIDERS BOUGHT & BOUGHT
NOW THERE ARE EVEN MORE BOOSTERS FOR PRESTAR
20 infrastructure projects to be implemented this year — Baru Bian
KUALA LUMPUR (March 14, 2019): The Works Ministry will implement 20 infrastructure projects worth RM5.26 billion this year that will help stimulate the country's economy.
Minister Baru Bian said they include the mega projects that had been long planned, such as the Central Spine Road (CSR), the Pan Borneo Highway and the Sarawak-Sabah link road projects.
“I believe these infrastructure projects will effectively help stimulate the country's economy...we will also try to renegotiate some of the planned projects that have yet to take off.
“We have to be careful because once signed, we cannot amend the
contract,” he told Bernama after the recording session of the Bernama
News Channel's (BNC) Property Hot Seat programme here today.
The Minister said road access linking rural and urban areas, especially in Sabah and Sarawak, would boost the tourism industry and help generate income for the locals.
“In Sarawak, for example, we have mountains like Mount Murud and Mount
Mulu that could help draw more tourists. If it is made accessible with
good infrastructure, it will definitely attract more tourist arrivals,”
he said.
Central Spine Road (CSR) came to my attention
So I checked it up and this is what I got
Central Spine Road
Central Spine Road (CSR) or Kuala Krai–Kuala Pilah Highway, Federal Route 34, is a new toll-free highway under construction in the center of Peninsula Malaysia. The 325 km (201 miles) highway is built to eventually replace the former two-lane Federal Route 8 Gua Musang Highway and Federal Route 9 Karak–Tampin highway.
Construction of CSR starts at Package 3 which is from Merapoh to
Kampung Relong. It commences at Package 3 as the Gua Musang Highway
passes through Chegar Perah which is prone to roadkill. The highway has a long eco-viaduct built in this section. Package 5 which is from north Raub to Karak will be built next, which will connect it to E8 Kuala Lumpur–Karak Expressway bypassing Bentong and Mempaga. This will help detour traffic from the steep mountainous grade between Raub and Bentong.
LET'S TAKE THIS 325 KM CENTRAL SPINE ROAD HIGHWAY AND CALCULATE ITS POTENTIAL
325 KM LONG WITH 4 ROWS OF GUARDRAILS
SO 325 X 4 = 1,300 KM
ONE PIECE OF GUARDRAIL IS 4 METER LONG
SO HOW MANY PIECES NEEDED?
DIVIDES 1300KM BY 4 = 325,000 PIECES
PER PIECE COST NOW IS RM217 (I ALREADY CALLED PRESTAR OFFICE)
SO 325,000 X 217 = 70,525,000
SO JUST THIS SMALL HIGHWAY WILL BRING IN RM70.5 MILLIONS
BUT OF COURSE PRESTAR ONLY CAPTURED 50% OF MALAYSIA MARET
SO HALF OF M70.5 MILLIONS = RM35.25 MILLIONS
AND MALAYSIA BEING A GROWING NATION WILL STILL WITNESS MANY MORE KAMPUNG ROADS CONVERTED TO HIGHWAYS IN FUTURE.
AND THE FUTURE FOR PRESTAR IS VERY BRIGHT INDEED
PRESTAR OR PRE STAR: BUY IT BEFORE IT TURNS INTO A STAR AGAIN
