Last few sharing got good and bad. The bad ones are MIECO and OPCOM. But I do believe they can come back, just need sometime.
The good ones is PRESBHD and WTK.
So, today I think I will have a good one to share, which is BJASSET.
BJASSET is going to blow up matter of time only.
Today just sharing technical chart first, because technical chart can tell you that this stock haven't spike up, and also reaching a point of turning, can be turning upwards because break out. This is also due to the owner TAN SRI VINCENT TAN keep on increasing his stake from the open market buying as well.
Although you and I know TAN SRI VINCENT TAN is not easy to tackle in share market, but every year, he will surely spike his share 1 time.
So this is no difference, and I think this time, there is very strong valid reason for this share to be spiked up.
Today only sharing technical based study, so technical trader, better study a little bit on BJASSET.
Next few one, I will share my opinion why BJASSET is interesting, because lately TAN SRI VINCENT TAN already come out from retirement and become executive chairman position. And news also got mention that he is restructuring a few of his company, mainly to organize cash flow, dispose asset, listing of undervalue asset.
All this is because TAN SRI VINCENT TAN is getting ready his cash load for a few big big big development
1. STC SELANGOR TURF CLUB (Estimate more than RM 10B GDV)
2. JOHOR BERJAYA WATERFRONT RECLAIMATION LAND (RM 1B)
3. OKINAWA RESORT
So, I believe BERJAYA GROUP will be active in the radar again. And since BJASSET have most direct shares with VINCENT TAN and also got JOHOR ROYALTY, so BJASSET will be very very important.
If now is not the best time to take position at such cheap price, then when is time?
