PUC (0007) - THIS STOCK WILL MAKE A COMEBACK! BULLISH IS FULLY CHARGED NOW
PUC Founder will comeback strongly
-
After taking profit last week (https://klse.i3investor.com/blogs/tradingideas/118684.jsp), I have decided to re-enter this stock again.
-
It is PUC Founder!
-
For reminder, this is neither a recommendation nor pumps and dump activities. I just am sharing my thoughts!
-
If Bursa doesn’t like it, I think we should consider closing this i3.
-
If
you do follow my blog closely, I have always come out with my analysis
on every company when its share price still at low. Therefore, if Bursa
feels my analysis is harm to the market or stocks prices, you can drop
me an email or message to warning me so that I can stop my sharing
activities with people.
- Very simple, looking at weekly price chart - PUC has taken consolidation after reaching high of 17.5sen, nearly my first TP of 18sen.

-
However, the share price has recovered to 13.5sen despite hitting low of 12sen during consolidation period. This
means that BULLISH momentum remains intact because the stock last week
managed to close above upper gap (as shown in the chart).
-
As of today, it proved by trading higher to 14.5sen. BUT
I believe the share price will not stop here. I strongly believe that
the stock will make a comeback to test immediate resistance of 15.5sen
soon before retesting its recent high of 17.5sen and 18sen.
-
In fact, MACD indicator still trading above zero line despite consolidation took place few days ago. Another positive point to buy on weakness when daily stochastic is hovering below 80% line while weekly stochastic around 80%. In
other words, trading opportunities emerged when daily stochastic
trading below 80% line while weekly above 80% as bullish still there.
-
Should it break and close above 18sen, the stock is likely to trade higher to major resistance of 20sen.
-
Conclusion,
I believe in my own analysis that PUC will continue to fly higher!!! If
you ask me fundamentally, TP is around 24sen.
