The Board of Directors of Karex (“Board”) wishes to announce that Karex Holdings Sdn Bhd (“KHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Karex Berhad (“Karex”)
had on 26 January 2016 entered into an asset purchase agreement (“APA”) with TheyFit, LLC (“TheyFit”), Dr. Michael Cecil (“Cecil”) and Joseph Nelson (“Nelson”) for the proposed acquisition of TheyFit’s right, title and interest to assets of TheyFit (“Purchased Assets”) other than the Excluded Assets (as defined in the attachment) and the Excluded Liabilities (as defined in the attachment) from TheyFit for a cash consideration of USD1.3 million (equivalent to approximately RM5.6381 million based on the exchange rate of RM4.3370 : USD1.00) (“Proposed Acquisition”). 这是Karex在前些天对外的公布，收购一家保险套公司TheyFit,英国公司。

当股市迎接红猴，就要多做功课，多吸收公司资料，找一家业绩会成长的公司，并做出逢低加码动作。
早前，看到Karex股价突然飙升，有点担心纸上盈利会变成昙花一现，于是乎，就把高价加码回来的股份给套利了。
套利部分Karex股份后，也有点担心以后买不回来，甚至害怕要是Karex即将宣布的业绩更好，就犯了卖错。
然而，人生没有早知道。
最终还是要去做出选择，为了两全其美，就是套利部分，保留大部分。
难得看到Karex进入top losers排行榜，于是乎，就下手先加码一点股份回来。
Karex PE很高，至于未来的PE能否拉低，就看Karex在自家品牌的扩展上下多少功夫了。
想加码，又怕股价会进一步大跌。
不动手的，又怕股价会回升。
如何解决这个内心的矛盾呢？
我只有一招，就是小手加码~
万一今天一加码，股价进一步下跌，就排更低价格等买。
万一今天一加码，股价转眼就回升，就为手上还来得加码的股份感到一丝丝的安慰。
人要懂得知足^^
当马币touch wood真的回升，就除非该出口公司没有增加销量，才会打回原形。
代工的profit margin几仙, 自家品牌profit margin就是很多，很多~~
还有，收购一家公司还包括分销线。
开始有财经报道Karex利好渐散，不排除Karex股价还会继续下跌。
这个月尾，Karex就会再公布季报，就等数字说话吧：）
