股票数量

当我们计算一家公司的数据时，要特别留意公司近来有没有发红股或分股之类会影响股数的事情，这是因为季报的数据可能还未调整股数，但股价实际已经是调整了，用错的股数将会导致我们计算错误。

举例： OFI

OFI 03-09-2015 宣布了红股和分股计划，Security Transfer Date 为 18-09-2015，而最新的季报公布于 26-08-2015，是属于到 6 月的数据，季报的股数为 60,000,000 。

03-09-2015 宣布的是 1 送 1 红股，红股后股数再 1 分 2，也就是说，21-09-2015 时新股将会上市，股价会调整 （除 4），股数也会从 60,000,000 增加到 240,000,000。

如果用了 60,000，000 来计算，现在的股价属于被低估，但如果用实际的 240,000,000 来计算，OFI 已经算是贵了，所以当有公司发红股或分股，要特别小心有用到股数来计算的数据，如 EPS，NTA，Dividend 等，切记哦。

Pls: 如果不懂得如何去计算新的股数，可以去留意 Bursa Malaysia 的 Announcement，那里会写出新的股数。
