有意想开户TD
Ameritrade读者，你会收到类似以下的一封推荐email。
请click "Learn more"，然后click "Get
started"。（图1）
（注：有人说直接按"Open an
account"，可能有bug，拿不到推荐奖金。不过这是很久前的事，这点Ali与一名读者正在求证中，过后才告诉大家）

然后开始填写你的资料。。。
★ 在ITIN/SSN是美国tax id，没有的话不用填写。
★ Cash Balance,
(a) TD Ameritrade FDIC Insured Deposit
Account
(b) TD Ameritrade Cash (Protected by
SIPC)
两者利息一样，Ali选(a)。（开户后，这能更换）
填写完毕后，打印出来。
（还有下载W-8BEN Form）
打印出来的申请表格，大概是以下（图2）。请记下你的户头号码。

签名，准备以下文件
1、申请表格
2、W-8BEN
3、Bank statement
4、photostat passport
准备好之后，（以下两个方法，Ali 建议你双管齐下）
（方法1）寄到：
TD Ameritrade, Inc
200 South 108th Ave
Omaha, NE 68154-2631
USA
（寄平邮耗时两周，花费大慨RM4.80 + register track
RM4.60 = RM11.40）
（寄快邮/DHL，大约3～4天，花费大慨RM80+以上）
（方法2）或者把全部文件scan成PDF，email到：
starting@tdameritrade.com
email题目为Open New Account (Account
Number = XXX XXX XXX)
大约2～3天，会收到回邮"Thank you for your
response and for submitting the requested documentation. Your account is in
process....."，那表示你的申请正在处理中。。。
（没有的话，请用Skype拨电询问。）
再过1～2天，会收到回邮"Welcome to TD
Ameritrade"
成功开户后，但是还没有ID和password。TD
Ameritrade会分开寄，一封小册子（图4和5），一封PIN（图6）。大约要等一个月才寄到。
