股市 | MBSB (1171) 也派12仙股息啦

久违的19仙股息和2仙特别股息（总12仙～）正式出炉啦～Ex date定在4月27日。

当然因为MBSB有DRP计划，所以股东可以选择拿股息或股份。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that the issue price for the new MBSB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan applicable to the single-tier final dividend of ten percent (10%) (ten (10) sen net per MBSB Share) and the single-tier special dividend of two percent (2%) (two (2) sen net per MBSB Share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 (collectively known as “Dividends”) has been fixed today (“Price Fixing Date”) at RM1.91 per new MBSB Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.81% to the ex-dividend volume weighted average market price (“VWAP”) of MBSB Share of RM2.1177, which was arrived at after taking into consideration:-

(a) the five (5)-day VWAP of RM2.2377 per MBSB Share up to and including 14 April 2015, being the last trading day prior to the Price Fixing Date; and

(b) a dividend adjustment of 12 sen to the five (5)-day VWAP of MBSB Share.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new MBSB Share arising from the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad end May 2015.

其实看回MBSB这门生意，虽然有呆账的隐忧，但这5年来的成绩是往上爬的。

去年股价飞天后又插水，其实都和合并消息有关系。要转型成正式银行，必须达成某些商业条件，不然合并就是最快的方法，所以MBSB才如此积极找合并。。。

唉，MBSB啊MBSB，我倒期望你老老实实做生意，若出色的话，大把机会其他的银行来找你谈合并咯～
