FGV (5222) - PublicInvest Research downgrades Felda Global to Neutral
KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 13): PublicInvest Research has downgraded Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) ( Financial Dashboard) to “Neutral” from Trading Buy with an unchanged target price of RM2.70 and said the share price had gained more than 19% since its Trading Buy call one month ago.
In a note Friday, the research house said it sees the upcoming 4Q results possibly being less encouraging due to i) weaker CPO selling prices, ii) continuous weakness in its downstream operations and iii) impact from the recent East Coast floods.
