IOI Properties 6配1附加股

On behalf of the Board of Directors of IOIPG (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following corporate exercises:-

(i) proposed renounceable rights issue of 539,835,787 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in IOIPG (“IOIPG Shares”) (“Rights Shares”) at an issue price of RM1.90 per Rights Share on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every six (6) existing IOIPG Shares at an entitlement date to be determined later (“Entitlement Date”) (“Proposed Rights Issue”); and

(ii) proposed establishment of an employees’ share option scheme (“ESOS”) of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of IOIPG (“Proposed ESOS” or the “Scheme”).

6配1附加股，价格RM1.90， 歪歪持有1000股。

1000股/6= 166股
