最新进展:
GDB控股(GDB,0198,创业板)获得KSK土地私人有限公司,颁发总值12亿4900万令吉的建筑合约。
GDBSB将被委任为主要承包商,负责吉隆坡联邦直辖区的“8康丽”高楼综合发展项目,即兴建56至61层楼高的服务式公寓、68层楼高的酒店、5层地下室和10层裙楼。

行家建议:
这是GDB控股有史以来最大的建筑合约,纳入新合约后,未完成订单将积至约22亿7000万令吉的历史新高,可支撑未来3年的盈利展望。
这个发展项目,包括全马唯一一家凯宾斯基五星级酒店,及全球最高的双扭转式住宅塔楼,并由凯宾斯基管理,品牌为“Y008”。
如果成功执行,这个特色鲜明和豪华标志性的建筑物,将进一步证明GDB控股高技术的能力。
纳入这项和合约后,我们把今明后财年的新增订单,从2亿、3亿、4亿,上修至12.49亿、6亿、6亿令吉。
此外,明后年的盈利预测,也分别提高至30.5%和90.8%。
综合以上,我们把目标价从73仙,上修至95仙,相等于12倍本益比,重申“买入”。
