威铖(VS,6963,主板工业股)用9876万6641令吉,向腾宇集团(AME,5293,主板建筑股)买下6片土地与工业建筑,用作未来产能扩展用途。
土地总面积为41万3682平方英尺,附有数座工厂与办公楼,估计收购可在明年6月底完成。
得益于贸易战引发的贸易转移,管理层透露公司成功拿下另一新客户,计划明年6月开始为新订单生产。

行家建议:
收购价相等于每平方尺逾200令吉,根据柔佛iPark工业园内永久地契的工业用地来看,我们认为相当合理。
根据我们调查发现,最近一次列在产业交易平台iProperty上的厂房,开价每平方英尺280令吉。
这项新收购与威铖为新客户扩展产能的目的一致,并是驱动未来增长的关键,因为现有产能已接近顶限,我们上调明后财年的盈利预测,幅度分别为9%与7%。
管理层透露,新客户订单可能如现有美国客户订单一样大,但要看威铖在制造初期的表现和交付能力,并指新厂房全面投产后,将可为公司带来10亿令吉营收;管理层指美国客户在后财年的订单为14亿令吉。
我们维持“买入”评级,并上修目标价至2.92令吉,等同于下财年本益比17倍。
