They also provide full integrated system that manages all the data tracking and management needs, complete line-up of hardware from the prime Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) equipment brands in the industry and comprehensive helpdesk and technical supports. They manage and collate data with barcode and radio-frequency identification technology. The company’s clientele includes prominent companies in the fast-moving consumer goods and electronics industries, as well as government-linked companies in Malaysia.
According to the retail technology solutions provider Radiant Globaltech Berhad, they are proposing to acquire an 80% of stake in Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd (GF Spritvest) for RM11.6 million cash to expand its domestic customer coverage and to increase its suite of software and the other services to its clients. While the remaining 20% will be held by Jejaka 7 Capital Sdn Bhd, in which GF Spritvest’s director and chief executive officer Cheng Ping Liong holds majority equity interest of 55%.
According to the Radiant Globaltech Managing Director Paul Yap Ben Foo, the wider coverage in customer sectors, company benefits not only by immediately expanding its suite of products and services, but also in combining resources for further development of technological solutions to digitalize its operations for customers. The company’s competitiveness in the market and position as a full-service solution provider for corporations of various sectors also have been strengthened.
