KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 10): Carimin Petroleum Bhd has secured a work order to provide an accommodation work boat for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
Carimin said the work order, awarded to its wholly-owned Carimin Marine Services Sdn Bhd on Jan 21, is for up to 716 days, with no extension option.
While the value of the contract is not known, Carimin said it is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings over the contract's duration.
Carimin shares settled one sen lower at RM1.05 on Monday, bringing a market capitalisation of RM245.57 million. The stock has gained over 24% in the past one year.
