KUALA LUMPUR: Prestariang Bhd has secured a contract worth RM22.94mil from the Finance Ministry to supply Microsoft software licenses, products and services under the Master Licensing Agreement (MLA) 3.0 to the Education Ministry (MOE).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Prestariang said its wholly owned subsidiary, Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd (PSSB) received a letter of award (LoA) dated June 28 from the Finance Ministry. The contract is for a period of one year.
Prestariang said the LOA formalises the appointment of PSSB to supply Microsoft software licenses, products and services under MLA 3.0 to the Education Ministry which will be managed through the following programs:-
- Education alliance agreement to all schools under MOE, shall be effective from March 10, 2019 until March 9, 2020 at a price of RM11.22mil, and
- Enrolment for education solutions to all agencies under MOE, shall be effective from July 3, 2019 until July 2, 2020 at a price of RM11.71mil.
