浅谈George Kent（3204）- 回到RM 1.20 的传说 yes
文绉绉的分析看多了，今天来一个经典短文版！
今天Gkent 在重回了RM 1.20 的价位，相信一小部分投资者已经解套了，不过RM 1.50 ~ RM 1.60 的朋友有，你们还好吗？ cheeky
不说别人了，今天说说自己买入这家公司的看法 ，其实这家公司我在上个月RM 1.11 进场，现在就坐等卖出的机会了，但是短期内我都不会出货，除非一下子飞太高 可是，为什么我当初会买入，跟短期不卖出的原因是什么呢？
没有买卖建议，各位买卖请自负！
公司FY 2020 Q1 的成绩出炉了，从里面我们可以看到几个重点，分别是：
LRT 3 出现了小型亏损，但是...
但是在 25/1/2019 MRCB George Kent 重新签署了新的价值RM 11.4 Billion 的LRT 3 合约，预计在年尾开始动工，个人预测FY 2021 Q1 开始看到成绩进来，到时候盈利跟股息就会恢复到一定的价位！
enlightened 公司的现金流在这个季度终于转正
Gkent 手头上的现金恢复到RM 265 Million 左右的位子，是好的现象！（之前现金流不断下滑，看得我都不敢进场 ）

个人猜测今年会有RM 0.050 ~ RM 0.065的股息（没有guarantee），再折合我的买入价位股息回报是 4.5% 左右，算不错吧！

最近各项大工程蠢蠢欲动，林大哥又放糖果出来，看来他们engineering segment 接下来有看头啊！（order book 我就不多说了）
enlightened water metering 业务稳定成长中！
到时配合上LRT 3 业务的归来，虽然说不期望回到有RM 40 Million - RM 50 Million Net Profit的黄金时代，但是回到RM 20 Million - RM 30 Million 还是很有看头的，到时候股价应该也回复到一定的价位吧？

讲真的，我不怕他继续跌。他的现金流至少够cover 过一次风暴，而且股息也给的很不错。
对我而言，我本身会hold 着过中长期，但是今天看到某论坛写股价要飞了.. 嗯，这个我就不多做评论了
飞太高就卖，没飞就继续买（我自己会买，你们不要乱跟hor）等股息，他算是我投资组合暂时比较难亏钱的一家公司，今天纯属分享个人看法而已！
