本季度,税后利润从2,210万令吉增长至2370万令吉,同比增长7.3%。截至二零一八年三月三十一日,订单总额为十二亿令吉。
截至二零一八年三月三十一日止第三个季度,本集团录得营收增加4,290万令吉至2.05亿令吉,对比截至二零一七年十二月三十一日止最后一个季度的1.622亿令吉。本季度收入增加主要是因为几个项目达到后期的进度。截至二零一八年三月三十一日止本季度,物业发展项目及基建项目的打桩及地基工程分别达1.457亿令吉及5,930万令吉,而前一季度则分别为1.214亿令吉及4080万令吉(截至2017年12月31日止的季度)。
前景:
在财政期间,混凝土的价格仍然相当平稳。 Econpile对私人发起的新房地产开发项目以及新的正在进行的基础设施项目中的工作(在土木工程和深层地下工程中在技术上具有挑战性的)仍然保持乐观。

Current quarter, profit after tax increased from RM22.1m to Rm23.7m, YoY+7.3%. Order book stood at RM1.2 billion as at 31 March 2018.
In the current third quarter ended 31 March 2018, the Group recorded an increase in revenue of RM42.9 million to RM205.0 million from RM162.2 million in the most preceding quarter ended 31 December 2017. This increase in revenue in the current quarter is due mainly to few projects reaching their advanced milestones. The piling and foundation works from property development projects and infrastructure projects during the current quarter ended 31 March 2018, amounted to RM145.7 million and RM59.3 million respectively, as compared to RM121.4 million and RM40.8 million respectively, in the preceeding quarter ended 31 December 2017.
Prospects:
The prices of concrete has remained rather flattish during the financial period. Econpile remains optimistic on new job wins both in private-initiated property development projects and also on-going infrastructure projects which are technically challenging in both civil engineering and deep-basement works.
