N all great winning Stocks r played by human, when there exists 1 or more economic tailwinds
helping the company to make much HIGHER profits this year than last year.
n this growth can continue for 4 to 10 Q.
For these growth stocks, they always behave or move up in 3 stages like the education career
that we all human must go thru.
Current good ex. is: HENGYUAN in OIL n Strengthening RM theme plays
i. Primary level was completed at 860.
ii. Secondary level began at that special day with vol in early Nov 2017 when it closed
above 900.
You won't know you are gg to secondary till u passed n graduated from primary.
When u passed with flying colours, you r derisk. Meaning 0 risk n you will confidently scored
every year from form 1 till pre-U or Form 6.
Now we know HENGYUAN edi set its beautiful pre-U level at 1920.
I love this secondary stage n am always be prepared in advance for it.
By catching it correctly at RIGHT TIMING, you lol to the banks...
iii. Tertiary level
After the great run up to 1920, things became very rough n ugly as expected.
The coming Q result in mid Feb 2018 will determine whether HENGYUAN has the capacity to
pass the pre-U exam well n good. Then that is the impetus for analysts to shout outperforming calls
with increasing EER, earnings estimate revision.
Hope it does, then tertiary is another new beginning n is the craziest.
Again zero risk shall happen for gg into 4 yrs uni. Sometimes, it always is, the stock decides
to do Master or even go to pHD.
