星辰建筑是一家本土的建筑老牌公司，涉及了主要业务包括了当然是建筑，房产，还有伐木。虽然说是建筑老牌公司，不过贡献最大的盈利的是房产与伐木业务，建筑好景不长陷入了水深火热之中的困境。
公司于2014年在 Australia 推出 Gardenhill 的房产业务因为 recognition 的关系而迟迟在 FY17Q3 (03/17) 开始呈现于公司的季度业绩，导致了 significant PBT jump。 也多谢伐木业务的持续性稳定盈利，公司的股价一攀而上，从 FY17Q2(12/16) 的RM0.560，上探 FY17Q3 (03/17) RM0.740，直到 FY17Q4 (06/17) 的 RM0.980。
