管理層向外宣布說這是一次性的費用，用於分紅給予員工及購股權發行的費用，而導致淨利大幅降低。
但是經過詳細了解和，發現扣除這個所謂的“一次性”費用，盈利還是非常非常低，這表示公司的MARGIN 誇張的減少了。
再加上圖上我們可以看到雖然淨利不斷增加，但是EPS不斷減少。這是非常古怪的一件事。

It seems that today everyone is interested in BIOHLDG (0179), but what exactly happened to the business? The group reported a decrease in net profit up to 140% (QOQ) , and what caused such a drastic decrease in their profit??
The management team announced that the plummet of net profit is due to a "one-time-charges" on employee share ownership scheme and also charges on it's right issue.
However, after further investigation, we found that the net profit of the group still remains extremely low by deducting the "one-time-charges" on the business, this shows that the business's profit margin actually lowered.
Plus, in this diagram, we can see that although the net profits are increasing year by year, but EPS are decreasing. That is truly a weird thing.
