As I have posted earlier that THE INVESTMENT THEME FOR THIS YEAR IS
PALM OIL RELATED STOCKS DUE TO THE WORST EL NINO PHENOMENA THIS CENTURY.

Answers:
1) DUTALAND Is Selling At 47 Cents With NTA of Rm1.10. A Huge Discount of 58% to NTA.
Dutaland one of the cheapest Plantation Stocks.
2) DEBT Has Been Pared Down To Neglible Amount. Over The Many Quarters
Company has reduced gearing from year to year. The Balance Sheet is Now
Very Healthy. From Now On It Is Growth And Growth All The Way.
This Value Stock is Morping Into A Growth Stock like Minho. Last time
Minho was selling at 30 cents with NTA over Rm1.50. When Minho was A
Value Stock at 30 cents nobody wanted. After Minho turned into a Growth

3) EL NINO will Propel Earnings for DUTALAND. It did in year 2008 when
El Nino hit Palm Oil Production. Palm Oil Prices Spiked in Year 2008

4) REVIVAL OF GRAND DUTA HOTEL.
Finally, On January 6th, 2016 Management has submited plans to Revive the stalled project of
HOTEL GRAND DUTA near Petronas Twin Towers.
A Mammoth 60 Over Storey Tall Hotel in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur.
As of now 33 Storeys are already completed. It is A Very Grand Hotel
Indeed. The basement alone consists of 7 Floors of Basement Parkings.

Dutaland like Jaks is a cyclical stock. Jaks now at cyclical high while Dutaland is still at cyclical low.
So buying Jaks now exposes all to danger of going down while
investing in Dutaland will give upside gain when all the positive
factors converge and materialize.

As you can SEE from the figures DUTALAND EPS Spiked in Year 2008 at 5.6
And Share Price of DUTALAND rose from 30 cents to Rm1.13 for that year when EL NINO hit in the midst of Great Recession.
All Plantation Stocks Also Went Up In Tandem for El Nino Year of 2008 BUT DUTALAND UP 276%.
WILL DUTALAND AGAIN PERFORM LIKE YEAR 2008?
For that it is yet future.......
