SKH (0060) - Bursa queries SKH Consortium on share price spike

KUALA LUMPUR (April 7): Computer software marketer SKH Consortium Bhd has been issued an unusual market activity query by Bursa Malaysia on its sudden 17.86% rise in share price to 16.5 sen in morning trade today.
The counter was the most actively-traded stock this morning. The stock rose 128% today from its 30-day low of 7 sen seen on March 13. It has a yearly average trading price of 6 sen.
Bursa Malaysia drew attention to the sharp rise in SKH's share price, requesting a response on any unannounced corporate developments that may account for the surge in trading activity, "including those in the stage of negotiation or discussion", the group said in a bourse filing today.
At 10.22am, the stock rose 1.5 sen higher at 15.5 sen with some 1.27 million shares traded.
