1. 136% share price gain YTD!!! The current share price is 26 sen which is 136% jump from 1-Jan-2017 price of 11 sen.
2. Fundamentally still weak. You can see from the historical earnings here. In the past 12 quarters, there are 3 quarters in which the Company is registering loss. That means 25% chance of incurring lost in the future assuming history repeat itself!
3. Valuation is at 122 times PE! This is higher than any PE valuation that I have ever seen... And we are talking about Company with ROE of 0.5%...
4. Yes there's some corporate exercise and entry of some big names as the new shareholder...
5. CONCLUSION: Please take all these points that I have highlighted, and ask yourself... is it worth it after 136% share price gain, buying a Company with 25% chance of losing money, valuation at 122x PE?
