Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are household names in the state of Kedah with regards to real estate and township development, construction, road building and maintenance, quarry, golf as well as tourism, leisure and hospitality. The spike of BDB share price is due to excellent result announced at 14 February 2017. It has gone up from day low 70 cents to close at 81 cents.
Based on above statistics and management explaination on the revenue and profit spike are derived by progress billing from Property and Construction Projects. Both BDB subsidiaires BRB Land Sdn. Bhd. and Kedah Holdings Sdn. Bhd. have contribute the revenue to the recent high.

Needless to say, we can expect more excellent results from BDB on the upcoming quarters. In some of the telegram group, BDB is named as the next Construction GEM in the industry.
Prior to buy call recommendation issued by us, our FA analyst will analyse the company background and company fundamental. Hence this stock is categorised as "Invest and Hold" at 3 February 2017. You can always look back to our calls to check whether are we creating stories.
When our TA analyst issues recommendation buy call on BDB, it was at 3 February 2017 while the price is still low at 69-70cents. Look at 14 February 2017 closing price, it is a 15% gain from the call price recommended in 11 days.
Based on the chart above, BDB broke out from resistance 72 cents and close at 81 cents hitting price high 81.5cents. We expect the price will continue move up with more and more incoming catalysts in place. Our TP remain RM1.00.
