Do take a look at BUMI ARMADA BERHAD's chart
The oil and gas industry remains bullish in our Malaysian market, lead
by SKPetroleum. However, Bumi Armada Berhad has yet to make its move.
The market has seen this stock suffer huge losses for the previous two
quarters. Therefore, I believe that the market has already factored in
all of Bumi Armada's losses, impairments and liabilities, but has yet to
factor in its future earnings prospects in 2017. This chart pattern
tells me that the stock is going through some consolidation before
making its next move. A strong breakout with high volume at the RM0.63
would signal more upside for this stock. Resistance 1 can be seen at RM
0.665 followed by Resistance 2 of RM 0.75. Support for this stock can be
found at RM 0.60. There is potential upside for this stock.
As I have classified this stock under my 'Retracement' list in my
subscription, it may or may not take some time before making a move. As
investors, do not expect stocks to move the next second after you buy
their shares. Investing takes time, patience and accuracy.
