On the third quarter ended July 31,2016 (3QFY16), the profit spiked to 1.97 millions, it rose 3940% from the preceding years of RM50,000 profit.
2) Strong order book
The company still maintaining a strong order book of 3 millions, which able to make the profit to sustain on the EPS around 3 for the upcoming year. Our target PE should be trade on the 10x on the following year. We will maintain a 'CALL BUY' and set the target price on RM0.42. The price will reflect on the end of the year 2017(4QFY1Y)
TA Analysis
From the chart, the price of the VIS broke the resistance and new high with the volume of half of million today, the first target price will set on RM0.295 next TP will be RM0.335. The cut loss point will be on RM0.210.
