A-Rank’s net profit for the second quarter ended Jan 31, 2016 (2QFY16) surged 58.3% to RM3.42 million, from RM2.16 million in the corresponding quarter a year ago, due mainly to better margins, according to its bourse announcement.
The group’s revenue for 2QFY16 also edged up 4.33% to RM128.1 million, from RM122.8 million in 2QFY15, contributed by a higher business volume.
At the current level, A-Rank is trading at a trailing price-earnings ratio of 7.77 times and is 1.03 times its book value, with a market capitalisation of RM98.4 million.
