SUNREIT (5176) - sunreit 3Q2015，Retail增长，office/hotel萎缩
与2014年同季度相比，Revenue上升了2.43%， profit下滑了2.84%，同时，sunreit宣布派息2.13cent(RM)，ex-date 14may2015，payment date 2jun2015，派息增加了0.03cent(或1.4%)
sunreit revenue的增长当然是来自retail的贡献，sunway pyramid, sunway carnival mall等retail产业获得平均9.5%的增长。与retail相反的是，hotel的收益萎缩了18.9%，office的收益则萎缩了 20.4%，管理层对hotel/office表现不佳的理由是GST的推行，需求降温，大型office的租户搬迁所致。相比下，sunway medical center die die都有5.7%的收益增长。
老话重提，就算office与hotel如何萎缩对sunreit来说都不是大事情，因为它们只占sunreit总收入的22.5%，就算它们萎缩 20%，还不过是sunreit总收入的4-5%，who care？retail才是sunreit的王牌，retail占sunreit总收入的73%，单单是sunway pyramid mall就占了62.5% 而值得注意的是，sunway pyramid与sunway carnival mall于2017年分别有 52% 与 51% 的租户到期。
