Trading ideas: RHB Capital, Willowglen, Metronic Global

KUALA LUMPUR: JF Apex Research expects RHB Capital, Willowglen MSC and Metronic Global to be among the stocks to watch on Tuesday.
The research house said RHB Capital has proposed an internal reorganisation which will entail the transfer by RHB Capital of its entire equity interest in RHB Investment Bank Bhd and RHB Insurance Bhd’s subsidiaries, and other operating units of RHB Capital to RHB Bank as well as a rights issue to raise proceeds of up to RM2.5bil to finance the group’s working capital requirements and meet the requirements of Basel III.
Willowglen MSC, the group has been awarded two contracts worth RM9mil from Singapore’s Public Utilities Board.
Metronic Global has teamed up with University Malaysia Kelantan, to tender for a 100 MW solar power plant project in Kelantan.
JF Apex Research said overnight on Wall Street, US stocks retreated after a three-day rally as investors remain cautious on the quarterly results season. European markets were mixed with mining stocks falling after China's March exports declined.
On the local front, the FBM KLCI dropped 2.23 points to close at 1,842.08.
“We expect further correction until its support of 1,830 with no catalyst in sight,” it said.
