KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 22): OSK Ventures International Bhd has pared its shareholdings in Handal Resources Bhd , ceasing to be a substantial shareholder in the offshore crane service provider.
Bursa Malaysia filings showed that OSK Ventures sold 886,600 shares through the open market on April 16, 2015 at 38.6 sen per share, for a total of RM342,227.
Based on Handal Resources' (fundamental: 1.4; valuation: 1.7) issued capital of 159.89 million shares, the disposal leaves OSK Ventures with 7.5 million shares or a 4.7% stake.
OSK Ventures first emerged as a substantial shareholder of Handal Resources with 10.72 million shares or a 6.7% stake on April 13, 2011.
Handal Resources shares closed 1.5 sen or 3.95% lower at 36.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM58.36 million.
