KUALA LUMPUR: Recently listed BioAlpha Holdings Bhd’s share price and volume surge has prompted Bursa Malaysia Securities’s query.
At midday, it was up five sen to 43.5 sen. Turnover was 148.9 million shares at prices ranging from 40 sen to 47 sen.
Bursa Securities issued the unusual market activity query on BioAlpha for the recent rise in price and volume of the company’s shares.
The regulaor also advised investors to take note of the company’s reply to the query which will be posted at Bursa Malaysia’s website under the company announcements, when making their investment decision.
Bioalpha is an integrated health supplements company principally involved in the manufacturing and sales of semi-finished and finished health supplement products.
Its offer price was 20 sen a share and it was listed on the Ace Market on April 14.
