24-Hour Roadside Repairs:
Our technicians will liaise with you to determine
whether your vehicle can be repaired on the road. Roadside repairs will
be subjected up to a maximum of two (2) hours labour. The service does
not cover the cost of any spare parts required during the repairs
24小时在路边维修服务，最多两个小时路边维修服务，而所更换的零件需要付钱。
歪歪尝试过面对爆胎，搬不动汽车轮胎，所以，以上的服务对一个女人来说太重要了~
当女车主遇到需要在路边更换轮胎，就可以打紧急电话使用这服务，让维修员前来帮忙。
因为有时候钱不是一个大问题，而是自己没有力气，或是没有能够相信的专业人士前来帮你解决问题。
24-Hour Towing Service: If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the roadside, we will provide free unlimited towing service to the nearest workshop (chosen by Etiqa Auto Assist (EAA)). If you choose another workshop and the distance between the breakdown location and the choosen workshop is more than 50 km, you shall bear additional distance charges at rate of RM 3.00 per km
只要汽车被拖在50公里内的workshop， 一律免费。超过50公里以上，每1公里征收RM3。

索赔经验
今年农历新年前，爱人遇到车祸，而爱人也是购买Motor Takaful，从联络紧急热线，到拖车，维修，索赔都是一条龙服务，完全不用我们下手，就只需要提供所需文件证明而已。
为此，歪歪也在今年继续使用Motor Takaful renew Perodua Viva Elite 1.0的第三年汽车保险。
前几天，突然收到eTiQa信件和支票，让歪歪很惊喜：）
信件写着“Takaful and Surplus Distribution" ，才让歪歪知道购买Takaful保险，只要eTiQa公司有在赚到钱，都会把部分所获分给符合条件的股东。
歪歪特地翻看手上的Policy写着；
If there is surplus at the end of each financial year, we will receive fifty percent (50%) as incentive for being responsible in operating and managing the General Takaful Fund. The balance will be reserved for distribution amongst participants subject to the provisions of the Takaful certificate. The surplus will not be payable if the participant has made claim or cancelled the certificate prior to the expiry date.
今年，爱人有claim过他的汽车保险，所以没得分。 歪歪没有claim过，所以，有支票收^^
这不是自己第一次购买汽车保险，却是第一次遇到购买汽车保险，还可以分得保险公司所赚的部分盈利，这是非常棒的经验。
过往老车购买过MAA, OAC汽车保险，都不曾有钱分过，为此，歪歪对汽车保险的认知就是burn的。
